Study of identification of management success factors of the community partners of salinas de guaranda

Abstract:

This article is accomplished under the objective of identifying success factors in the Salinas de Guaranda Parish in the Province of Bolívar, zone 5 of Ecuador. Through the review of several empirical works, different points of view were found regarding the factors that differentiated the associates in the population that gave indicators of success. After an in-situ analysis, the researchers compared the information with what they observed and explain in the end what were the ingredients that made associativity in Salinas de Guaranda serve to be reflected in a successful model.
