Study on extrinsic motivation in college students studying remotely

Abstract:

Motivation is a relevant variable in the training process of students. This research carried out at the Technical Private University of Loja, Loja-Ecuador sought to evaluate the extrinsic motivation of 74 distance students of both sexes, with an average age of 30 years. The motivation was evaluated with the modified Attribution of Motivation Scale of Achievement (EAMLM). The results show a reduction in the students' final motivation.
