Abstract:

The "Smart Lodging" is a concept where hotel management is complemented by corporate suites and its purpose is to generate profit to high viatical investment that multinational companies held annually to meet the commercial management of its Andean Executives. The number of transnational companies that consider that the Ecuadorian market is very attractive has increased in the last 5 years, so this concept is justified as a renting of assets that will be amortized with a secure, comfortable accommodations and excellent quality for its business partners and other employees visiting the country frequently but short due to limited customer portfolios. This project not only means an investment of revalue assets that enhance its goodwill in time, but also becomes an interesting architectural project with a modern design. The focus of the project is to service guests that are far from home, providing the maximum comfort during the time spent in the facility. The building will have internal and external services to enable each Executive has full ease in implementing its management and make their stay definitely better than other alternatives. Services will include: virtual meeting rooms, fully equipped luxury suites with 1 or 2 bedrooms, theater, room service (24 hours), laundry, clothes drying area, agreements for use of sports fields, swimming pool, golf, gym, proximity to mini markets, pharmacies, shopping centers, hospitals, among others. The expectation is to change the perception of ordinary lodging in Executive Customers, improving the quality and warmth of the residence time in the country through ergonomic spaces in every way and giving the value of feeling at home away from home. The result is an interesting modern project that all needs will be consider for the select target to feel comfortable in all areas, referring on the design it takes into account materials, textiles, lighting, colors, etc. for a fully intervened interior design project.
