System of Diagnostic for SiC Devices in Power Converts by Analisys of Curves of Lissajous
Abstract:
this paper present the analysis and implementation of a systems of diagnostic by images based upon the principle of curves of lissajous for Power Converter with SiC devices. The system proposed consist in a graphical interface that enables detect possible failures in SiC devices mounted on power converters using harmonic detection algorithms lissajous pattern and low AC supply to get a response in a graphic form of SiC device. Finally, the proposed system prototype is implemented to justify the validity of the analysis in different in different tests of SiC devices in Power Converters.
