Systematic analysis of job performance in higher education institutions
Abstract:
The objective of the research was to verify and understand what are the causes and effects that produce the level of stress in teachers and students of the Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí, Sucre Extension and its affection at work and personal level. For this work we used the quantitative, qualitative and Delphi methods, expert consultation, the research was descriptive in nature, the technique used was the survey, which was tabulated with the SPS 25 program, allowing the Cronbach’s Alpha test to be taken, giving a reliability of 99. 99, through the results it was possible to verify that the stress that exists in the university for both teachers and students is due to the accumulation of work, no rest, the time of transition from face-to-face to semi-face-to-face, and in some careers are face-to-face and virtual at the same time creating anxiety to comply with the task of teachers and professors wanting to reach everyone efficiently, this makes them develop attitudes of anxiety, nonconformity, leaving an unpleasant climate and a less than optimal work environment for the university community.
