Because there is not an exclusive symptom or finding for diagnosis of the disease, we rely on clinical and laboratory findings, and the American College of Rheumatology has established criteria that are used to confirm the diagnosis in patients admitted to major studios. The treatment depends on the clinical manifestations, the presence/absence of involvement of vital organs and your approach must be multidisciplinary.
