Systems applied to community guides for the development of Cultural Tourism in the communities of Manabí.

Abstract:

The objective of the research is to analyze the impact of training in tourism and cultural guidance for learning and motivation focused on local development in the community of El Pajonal, with the intention of defining if the constant training will create a significant impact on the development of the tourism sector and promote new business models to improve the lifestyle of its inhabitants at the socioeconomic level. In this work we studied different concepts about community tourism focused on its sustainability and how it can help the growth of a community, a descriptive research was conducted, using both qualitative and quantitative approaches, the methods are inductive, logical, analytical and synthetic. The trainings were received positively because the attendees considered that the information provided was necessary, also the concept of the use and application of community guidance was learned in a homogeneous way because of the use of examples.
