Abstract:

The "syndrome fetal-fetal transfusion" is the presence of the sequence oligoamnios / severe polyhydramnios in a monochorionic pregnancy, this complicates 10-20% of pregnancies and is considered to be due to a hemodynamic imbalance between 2 fetuses due to the presence of vascular communications between the two strands at the level of single placenta. It is accompanied by a high perinatal morbidity and mortality, especially in its early submission form before the 26th week. We analyze the case of a 19-year-old married allergic to penicillin.
