TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN THE SOCIO-PRODUCTIVE CONTEXT OF THE CENTURY XXI

Abstract:

An assessment of the role of technological innovation in the ongoing management system development in the XXI century, from an updated literature search which places it as a social process that is yes, the relationship is presented established in context and with different devices that contribute to suggestion and dissemination, emphasizing the cultural implications that modulate establishing a transversal from knowledge management to order to consolidate development as required condition for sustainability, in conjunction with other essential processes inherent to development itself, for which was used as the primary method of document analysis research. The main result segmentation socio-economic factors that modulate the performance of innovation in the XXI century and the proposed alternatives to increase its transformative role in the current scenarios shown.
