THE ACTION RESEARCH AND THE COMMUNICATION IN THE TEACHING FORMATION


Abstract:

In the article the theoretical and practical foundations are presented to be considered for the training of teachers from communication, using action research. The results presented are organized around a process of intervention research, where teachers were involved directly, and whose main focus was the exchange processes, reflection and professional enrichment. The results showed that it is possible to combine theory and practice in the continuing education of teachers and that it can be organized and developed such training from its own practice and therefore constitutes a contribution to such studies in the panorama of training teaching.
