THE AUDIT AND ITS IMPACT ON QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN THE PROCES¬SES OF MAKING CANDIES AND SNACKS
Abstract:
The present investigation arises with the objective of verifying the management of the quality standards, helping the Finan¬cing company to identify aspects that harm the realization of its productive operations. Also the audit of quality management is based on the verification of aspects related to quality as in the INEN Standards since this tends to change over time, which is why a verification of its application and operation in any area, function or process within an organization is needed. Thus, in order to obtain relevant information to assist in the development of the work, instruments, methods and techniques such as interviews and dialogue with the general manager were used to identify aspects that need to be examined, and at the same time to evaluate the company in general. Once the Quality Management Audit has been carried out, it will serve as an instrument that will help the administration to make corrective decisions that will help the productive processes to obtain quality products based on quality standards, thanks to the audit report issued in which conclusions and recommendations are established as a result of the applied audit.
