THE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE SOFTWARE AND THE LEGAL ARGUMENTA-TION, THEIR USE IN THE JUDICIAL SECTOR

Abstract:

The Ecuadorian Justice manages a classic system for the management of documentation which still exists physical docu-ments, but digital platforms and their different uses allow public institutions to manage data in real time based on alphanu-meric characters, in this case of complaints, pending and processed cases, sentences among others. The Business Intelle-gence system can make a connection with the Judicial Function system and extract accurate information from it so that the Ecuadorian state can take actions through the constitution to provide effective solutions and ensure legal certainty. It should be emphasized that for this research the deductive, inductive, descriptive and legal methodology was used to obtain the expected results in this research.
