Abstract:

Statistics is the science that it integrates a set of procedures and designed techniques in order to obtain, to organize, to exa-mine, to interpret and to present information on determined fact or phenomenon that can express oneself numerically. The measurement is vital in the statistical analysis. In order to measure the variables that are studied, in addition to the instrument of measurement, the scale is essential. The validity, consistency and reliability of the measured data depend on, in good part, the scale of measurement that he be adopted. In the scientific article examines him of the development of ability construction of scales of measurement in students of the races Information Technologies and Engineering in telecommunications and networking of Sciences Faculty Mathematical and Physical at Guayaquil’s University. The obtained results evidence than predominate the considered assessments the functional invariants half a level of formation fulfillment of standards of reliability, fulfillment of standards of internal consistency and fulfillment of standards to can discriminating. The invariants fulfillment of standards of sensibility and fulfillment of standards of utility yielded results that they denote under level of formation.
