THE HUMAN RIGHTS FROM THEIR PERSPECTIVE OF THE ECUADORIAN LEGISLATION

Abstract:

From the positivist paradigm, this research was proposed with a quantitative approach supported by a documentary-biblio-graphic methodology. This consisted in the analysis of legal texts, norms and laws related to human rights from the perspective of Ecuadorian legislation, generating an analytical-reflexive process, contributing to the generation of the extension of the state of the art in correlation to the legal framework. The general objective of the research process was to analyze human rights from the perspective of Ecuadorian legislation. In addition, from a detailed review and reflection of texts, refereed works and theses, the necessary data for the theoretical development and the respective conclusions were obtained. It is concluded that the approach to human rights from the perspective of Ecuadorian legislation, the consecration of respect for the value and dignity of citizens without distinction of race, creed or social status is evidenced, giving them the respective legal tools.
