THE INFORMAL ECONOMY IN AREAS OF INFLUENCE WITH MICRO BUSINESS FINANCING: CASE STUDY, EL CARMEN, ECUADOR

Abstract:

The article analyzes the informal financing of the micro entrepreneurs of El canton, El Carmen and its areas of influence so that it is possible to analyze the advantages or disadvantages that formal financing has against it. The study of the interest expense of formal vs. informal credit is the most significant contribution of this research, since it gives the reader a practical perspective on the problems under study and gives guidelines for choosing the best option.
