THE LABOR RIGHTS OF THE WORKING CLASS BY SUBJECTING THEM TO THE REGULATIONS OF THE LOSEP
Abstract:
Work in all its forms is the engine of the world economy, being a right and a social duty, it is also a universal, inalienable and irreducible principle of the people who are part of a society. In this scientific article we will delve into the subject of associations or unions, their functions, the benefits they provide to their unions or associates, for this reason this research has a qualitative design, as well as theoretical and empirical methods of knowledge such as documentary analysis. and correlational with interviews that allowed obtaining information from different Public Law Institutions, which allowed comparing the various labor rights achieved by the working class, which have been reflected in Ecuadorian legislation, the study focused on the Labor Code and the LOSEP, which allowed to find the advantages and disadvantages that exist for the members of a workers’ association and the consequences of imposing its possible elimination, concluding that despite all the achievements and struggles of the workers and in the face of this possible change there will be direct violation to the rights of free association as well as the rights humans of public sector workers.
