THE LEARNING STYLE IN LOCAL HIGHER EDUCATION: EXPERIENTIAL MODEL AND CO-CREATION
Abstract:
The present study has the objective to deep in the learning experiential model as an alternative of innovative learning in local higher education. Latin American universities have weaknesses in their educational systems relating to the amount of formed elements, the quality of learning, the reduced differentiation of tenders; as well as the absence of systems for updating the skills. All these elements affect the performance of the professional productivity of the graduating students, and this is the main reason to look for solutions that help to eliminate these existing anomalies. The research focuses on the description of the most relevant elements related to the Experiential learning styles, which include a high participation of the students.
