THE NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING AND ITS REBUTTAL IN THE TEACHING OF ENTERPRENEURSHIP
Abstract:
Many theories about the role of experience during the enterpreneur's learning have been hypothesized, and that is being changed to a neurolinguistic programming of the sales process of this. Our critical reflection aims to highlight some of the shortcomings of the theory of experiential learning in entrepreneurs and illustrates how alternative theoretical perspectives have the potential to advance conceptual understanding of business learning processes, striving for an explanation of it as a dynamic process and self-regulated that is based on planning, monitoring and self-reflection. In this review, it is pursued to differentiate the term neuro linguistic in its true educational contextual genre and how poorly it is applied in the field of business management in the sales area.
