THE ORGANIC LAW ON PUBLIC SERVICE AND THE TRADE UNION RIGHTS OF THE WORKING CLASS
Abstract:
The present research has a qualitative design, with methods of the theoretical level of knowledge such as deductive inductive, synthetic analytical, and empirical methods such as documentary analysis and expert interviews, the study focused on the Labour Code and LOSEP, which allowed us to find the advantages and disadvantages that exist for the members of an association or trade union of workers and the consequences of imposing its possible elimination, concluding that the current regulations directly violate the rights of free association, as well as the human rights of public sector workers. Work in all its forms is the engine of the world economy, being a right and a social duty, it is also a universal, unrenounceable and irreducible principle of the workers, who for more than nine centuries and constant struggles have achieved labour conquests, either as associations or trade unions.
