TYPES OF RULES REGULATING THE COMPANY
Abstract:
The norms are systems of order, these are of diverse types, there is a set of them for each area; in addition, these have different hierarchy and their levels of acceptance and commitment on the part of the population also vary notably. Some are optional and others are mandatory; the rules of law are so for all individuals residing in that place. Legal norms, like other social norms, only apply to human conduct, to beings endowed with reason and will, who can be prompted by a norm to act in accordance with it. The objective of this article is to describe and support the different types of norms that allow coexistence in society, with emphasis on those of a legal nature. The method used to fulfill the objective is the historical one, therefore, a collection of bibliographical information from several sources has been made, which have allowed to support the subject conceptually and theoretically. Several conclusions were reached, among them that the common law paradigm and the civil law paradigm are notably different, since in the first one the rulings are based on the jurisprudence and in the second one on the written laws.
