Tax benefit of the income tax on the hiring of workers with disabilities

Abstract:

In the present research work is determined as objective to analyze the tax benefit in the El Oro Province, Ecuador, with regard to the deduction of the Income Tax by the recruitment of persons with disabilities. In this way it was determined the amount in dollars of the implementation of the benefit on the taxable base tax and the total tax caused. The methodological process to be used is of descriptive type, non-experimental and transversal, conduct a thorough analysis according to the information.
