Teacher's innovation and the use of ICTs in the Higher Education

Abstract:

In the present work a theoretical approach to the conceptual study about the educational innovation in the Higher Education field and the use of communication and information technologies is carried out, as main support to achieve it. The intention is to present an idea about how the university is a knowledge producer inside a new culture and paradigm, where the ICTs generate transformation and continuous improvement processes.
