Teachers' conceptions about a school of quality
Abstract:
This paper seeks to know the conception of a school of quality that have the teachers of schools with the highest averages in the INEVAL tests SER ESTUDIANTE in 2016. The design is descriptive-analytical through the analysis of surveys applied to teachers of the selected schools. The result of the research revealed that, for the teachers surveyed, an ideal school requires teacher training and updating, adequate infrastructure, managerial leadership and family support in the control and review of homework.
