Technology capacity and use: Review of electrochemical processes review

Abstract:

This work analyzes the capacity and the use of technology in electrochemical processes to generate energy, in addition to the most important states that affect the development of various electrochemical techniques and microbial fuel cells. From a methodological point of view, traditional approaches at the level of industrial processes are interconnected with processes characteristic of the chemical industry, specifying with a high technical component, the specificity of electrochemical processes and their behavior at the level of chemical reactions, generated at from the use of specific technologies related to methods and knowledge of chemistry as a science. Direct current experiments and analyzes were carried out that allowed us to pinpoint the importance of combining chemical concepts with human, environmental and ethical sustainability. The conclusions specify that we are witnessing the development of processes with great responsibilities and implications in the field of science and our societies, plagued by serious environmental problems related to the disposal of solid waste. These processes help in the degradation of persistent pollutants and in the conversion of these into energy as an essential source of support in specific sectors of activity of our realities. From them, the competitiveness of our towns increases, costs are reduced and activities favorable to the environment are promoted.
