Teleworking and the right to mental health in the breastfee-ding period

Abstract:

In the period of lactation of the infants is indispensable the presence of his mother, which must have the right to be welco-med to the telework, for what the importance of the thematic one lies in the guarantee of the right to the integral health of the child. The objective was to establish the need for workers to telework during the period of breastfeeding, to ensure the right to mental health of the child. The present study is descriptive, cross-sectional with characteristics of quantitative approach, and the technique used was the survey. The result concluded that the mother should have the right to telework during the breastfeeding period.
