Abstract:
Socio-affective development in early childhood represents a key moment that will transcend the future personality of children; both the family and the school play a very important role in the process as they are considered as the second source of socialization of children. The investigation of the tensions in the social development was based on a bibliographical and documentary methodology, analyzing concepts, theories of studies representative of the social development of the infant. The contribution of the present study concludes that the teaching-learning process potentiates and develops the social and emotional competences of the child to integrate them in their environment and socio-affective competences in order that they can be developed holistically in the course of their Stocks. This research is born of the problems faced by parents, teachers and the educational community, about the knowledge of the tensions in social development, how they should be guided and oriented in order for the child to manage their feelings, that is, to learn to censor or control their behavior.
