The Creative Commons in the Ecuadorian legal system

Abstract:

The Creative Commons seek to form and promote a culture of free access to information, which allows the authors of the works (literary, artistic, etc.) or the holders of these rights, to preserve their moral rights; and, release the economic rights under certain restrictions (in Ecuador, 11 Creative Commons Licenses are recognized). This research intends to carry out a systematic review of SRL literature and contrast it with the Ecuadorian legal system, in such a way as to allow a better scope and understanding of the aforementioned subject.
