The Flipped Classroom Model Applied in University Education, A Brief Review
Abstract:
This paper analyses several flipped classroom mod-els based on different specific requirements. The objective of the analysis is to highlight in each model the characteristics that make it a successful tool. It also mentions the shortcomings that arose during their experimentation, to be considered when designing one's own model. Although the existing literature is vast, priority has been given to those solutions that involve the use of Information and Communication Technologies, and more specifically, emerging technologies. Finally, a compararison chart is presented that shows a global vision of the models studied, where the existing homogeneous and heterogeneous characteristics are evidenced, in order to select those that should be considered when proposing a new inverted classroom model for a specific environment
