The Policies of Good Living: A look at labor gender equity in the Ecuadorian financial sector

Abstract:

The present research work was developed with the objective of identifying the progress of public policies in promoting gender equity in access to management positions in the financial sector. Based on a multimodal investigative approach, of descriptive exploratory scope, the historical documentary review of statistical data and analysis of a case study is carried out, to describe the critical advances and knots in the closing of gaps of gender inequality in the workplace.
