Análisis relacional de los resultados del desempeño académico, evaluación y formación docente según los datos obtenidos en el año 2014. Caso UTPL.


Abstract:

The objective of this research is to perform a relational analysis of the results of the academic performance, evaluation and teacher training according to the data obtained in the year 2014 in the UTPL, knowing its importance and analyse how they are relate. To know if the academic performance has a relationwith the evaluation and teacher training. For this a bibliographic search was made on the academic performance, evaluation and teacher training, in addition to the teaching assessment model used by countries such as Chile, Mexico and Colombia, this one was fundamental to understand how other countries evaluate their teachers. With the information obtained about the academic performance, training and educational evaluation in the UTPL was conducted the analysis of correlation of the same ones. The results obtained were positive since it was determined that the academic performance has relation with the teaching assessment and to turn the teacher training is relatedas well to the academic performance
