The benefits of knowledge management in sports organizations

Abstract:

The objective of this paper is to identify the benefits of the Knowledge Management in sports organizations through a theoretical approach. It is a challenge for management to find the ways and the reasons organizations learn and grow. The cases analyzed are paradigmatic examples of the application of tools based on the Knowledge Management, in some organizational aspects. This application brings as a consequence the improvement of administrative practices in the sports organization.
