The case study: An effective methodology for business research


Abstract:

The case study is a qualitative research methodology that allows the obtaining of relevant information from the exploration and analysis of successful contexts and business failures, in order to understand and determine successful methods of management and managerial action. Business decision making is one of the decisive processes for the development and competitive advantage that can be achieved by business entities in both the private and public sectors.
