The communication of tourist destinations in social media: The case of España Verde
Abstract:
In this work we study and analyze the communication of tourist destinations through social media, mainly the communication which influences the projection of the destinations identity and in what way they trigger the construction of a determined image in the minds of its audience. The methodology is based on a documentary analysis that reviews the literature related to the object of study. In addition to this, a content analysis is applied to the official web pages of the Spanish tourist destinations of España Verde, in order to determine their social media use. ©2019. revistaESPACIOS.com.
