The future of evidence-based nursing and its impact on patient care

Abstract:

The management and execution of nursing care must be supported and justified with scientific evidence; and, therefore, it is important that nurses carry out research, to contribute to the foundations of their work. For this reason, the present work aims to describe the importance of Evidence-Based Nursing as a relevant strategy for the development of Care Management. The approach used is qualitative-quantitative, through applied research with a descriptive scope, carried out based on surveys carried out on a sample of nursing students and professionals. The results show the importance of training future nurses through Scientific Evidence-Based Practice to achieve the best care.
