The galicia-north Portugal euroregion in its universities problems and inconveniences for visibility

Abstract:

We propose an article of reflection about the current panorama that appears for the Euroregions in the frame of the territorial cooperation, focusing it almost exclusive, in the communicative ambience. To tackle it, we will analyze the concrete case of the Galicia-North Portugal Euroregion., for what its different publics will study target, the information that on her they handle and the role that the higher education institutions can play at the time of promoting the Euroregion in all its ambiences.
