Análisis situacional de la oferta Gastronómica de la Ruta de la Fe para la reactivación del turismo interno.
Abstract:
Problem: How does the situational analysis of the gastronomic offer of the “Ruta de la Fe” influence the reactivation of domestic tourism in 2021? Objective: to determine the situational analysis of the gastronomic offer of the “Ruta de la Fe”, for the reactivation of domestic tourism. Hypothesis: the influence of the situational analysis makes it possible to know the state of the gastronomic offer in order to establish strategies for the reactivation of domestic tourism in the “Ruta de la Fe”. Variables: situational analysis, tourism reactivation. Type: begins as exploratory and ends as descriptive. Design: non-experimental transversal. Methodology: materialism empiricism. Techniques: three qualitative and two quantitative. Sample: probabilistic. Results: It is proven that a situational analysis of the gastronomic offer of the “Ruta de la Fe” can be carried out in order to establish strategies for the reactivation of tourism. Proposal: propose strategies that allow the development of the situational analysis of the gastronomic offer to reactivate the internal tourism of the “Ruta de la Fe”.
