The impact of a b-learning teacher training on the teachers teaching and evaluation methodology
Abstract:
The advances of society require that teachers adapt their practice to new ways of learning. Thus, a change in the teaching and evaluation methodology that goes from a teaching paradigm to a learning paradigm is required; it is necessary that they leave behind the simple transmission of knowledge and that the construction of knowledge prevails on the part of the apprentice himself. The CEMEDEPU Questionnaire was applied to a sample of 23 university professors. Positive and statistically significant results were found in the scales “Model centered on learning” and “Teaching skills” after teacher training based in a b-learning format. These results corroborate the importance of teacher training and lead to new research questions that analyze the impact of this change on students.
