The impact of the strategic plan on administrative management. Case: Transport cooperative ventanas

Abstract:

An adequate administrative management allows the optimization of the resources available to the organizations; for this rea-son, the present work contributes to understand how a strategic plan can have an impact on improving the management of resources in the Cooperativa de Transportes Ventanas. The research was developed based on the mixed, qualitative and quantitative modality; to obtain information from primary and secondary sources through the application of field, descriptive and bibliographic research. A survey was applied to the Cooperative’s collaborators and partners, the results were tabulated, analyzed and interpreted to be presented in an easy-to-understand table. Finally, an analysis oriented to optimize the administrative management through the restructuring of the organization at the organic and functional level, and the execution of actions defined for this purpose, allowing to evaluate its effectiveness, in case of being implemented by the Cooperativa de Transporte “Ventanas”, the company to which this study is directed.
