Abstract:

The innovation of the technologies applied in the administration and management of the state university peninsula of Santa Elena-UPSE, are tools that allow the institution to fulfill the functions of planning, organizing, directing and controlling immersed in the administrative process, whose implementation serves to achieve the objectives or goals of the entity, with the use of resources are human, financial, material and information. Currently, there are information technologies called ICTs, which are enhanced with computers, information systems, networks and software, which helps to make decisions and execute tasks in institutions in real time and at a relevant distance, complying with the process networks established in the planning given by the managers in charge of executing the administrative management.
