The legal impact of immigration on the socio-labor in Ecuador in 2018
Abstract:
Immigration in the world has caused an exodus that seems to fulfill what is written in the Holy Bible. In the Latin American region, migration has manifested itself in countries like Costa Rica, Mexico, Salvador, Cuba; and in the countries of the South like Ecuador, Colombia, Argentina, and currently Venezuela, where thousands of people leave their native country, looking for better days for their families. Today, only the immigration of Venezuelan compatriots who enter Ecuador receives an average of 4,100 people per day which, multiplied by 30 days, and these for the last two years, would give us worrying figures. Ecuador must prepare itself to face this wave of immigration and make international policy decisions in order to guarantee citizen security and social security for Ecuadorians from all provinces of the country. In the present investigation, of a quantitative-qualitative type, methods of a theoretical level were applied, such as the historical-logical, the synthetic analytical and the hypothetical-deductive; also for the foundation of the problem, methods of the empirical level were accessed such as the documental revision, the interview and the survey to migrant authorities. The main results obtained are aimed at humanitarian attention, cheap labor and labor recruitment.
