The orthogonal descriptors in the QSAR-QSPR theory

Abstract:

This review analyzes different aspects related to the orthogonalization of the molecular descriptors with the purpose of providing with a present description of it. The innovations in the subject together with several concepts employed in it are described with certain degree of details. An introduction to the fundament and development of the QSAR-QSPR theory during the last years is given in order to have a suitable starting point towards a posterior analysis.
