The planning of the human resources of a tourist territory. A case study of Holguín, Cuba.

Abstract:

The planning of the human resources represents an essential requirement that contributes to the taking of decisions so much managerial as in the territorial levels. That is why it is needed to observe this phenomenon with the prospective and systemic focus that guarantees the human resources in quantity and quality that are required so much for the acting of the activity levels to short, medium and release term. These elements characterize the present article, the one that bases the study in the main theoretical observations that are carried out of the literature consulted on the topic, being offered a tool with the capacity for the determination of the requirements of human resources in the territorial levels, presenting you like case of study one of the applications carried out in Holguín, a tourist destination in Cuba.
