The principle of impartiality and challenge in the administration of justice of ecuador
Abstract:
The Constitution establishes the right to justice, guiding the judges to execute it in accordance with the principles established by the constitution, especially that of impartiality, as it is a fundamental right, it is necessary to study and analyze the causes established, especially those of COGEP, creating an unknown for the ask if they are sufficient to ensure the principle of independence in the administration of justice in Ecuador. For this reason, it is important to focus our study in favor of guaranteeing constitutional rights and the creation of its own procedure to avoid legal voids and judicial insecurity. This research project has been carried out with surveys that have allowed us to obtain real results to the current situation within this investigative approach.
