The regulation of quality accbkp_reditation and ISO 9001 2015: a comparative study of conformity analysis procedures in institutions of higher education in the Republic of Ecuador

Abstract:

The main objective of this research is to contribute to the reflection of the weaknesses in the conformity of the processes of race accbkp_reditation, to orient them towards the requirements of the client and of the stakeholders. The results obtained from the instrumental application include the diagnosis of the reality of a career according to the higher education regulations.
