The right of repetition in Ecuador in the face of human rights violations
Abstract:
The purpose of the investigation is to carry out a legal analysis of the human rights violations that were present in the Quintana Coello Vs Ecuador case, a process that the Inter-American Court of Human Rights processed, before the right of repetition against former magistrates of the Court Supreme justice, a qualitative-quantitative approach was used, based on irregularities observed in the summary and arbitrary procedure of the Ecuadorian State in relation to the right of repetition for legal violations committed in this judicial process, the significant results of the legal analysis are evident before violations of the principles of legality, retroactivity, political rights, equality before the law, and judicial protection of human rights, established by the American Convention on Human Rights.
