The right to health and the non-compliance with the isolation of covid-19 infected persons


Abstract:

Current studies indicate that the influence of 1918, was the most serious pandemic that occurred in history called the Spanish flu, it is unknown where it originated, but it spread worldwide between 1918 and 1919, thus infecting a third of the world population and thus being this disease the cause of death of tens of millions of people, in just 18 months it spread at great speed was so serious that recent studies reveal an approximate number of 20 to 50 or even 100 million human losses. The whole world was involved in the spread of this deadly virus and due to the emergence of this disease several governments took some measures to prevent the spread and safeguard the lives of their citizens. Many governments do not have punitive measures for people who, knowing that they are carriers of a highly contagious and deadly virus, fail to comply with the recommended isolation and preventive measures.
