The role of relevance in the evaluation of university programs in Ecuador
Abstract:
Due to the challenges and changes that higher education institutions face as a result of globalization, the concern about evaluation as a strategy to guarantee their quality arises. For some years in Ecuador, higher education evaluations have been carried out and a program evaluation process is currently undergoing by the Council of Evaluation, Accbkp_reditation and Quality Assurance of Higher Education (CEAACES). The relevance of program plays a crucial role in the evaluation of CEAACES as a quality factor in higher education.
