Abstract:

The integral evaluation is a process of inquiry or formal search aimed at supporting educational decision making, based on improvement tools such as: the diagnosis about the observed reality and the assessment in accordance with the proposed goals, in order to deliver a quality educational service. The relationship between classroom management and the integral evaluation of learning processes in Higher Technological Institutes.
