The tourist accommodation in homes: an alternative for business revitalization of the economy in the parish of Canoa (destination of sun and beach) after the earthquake of april 16

Abstract:

In the present work an analysis of the alternative of tourist accommodation in homes was carried out; In addition, the current state of the hotel infrastructure was analyzed, households providing residential accommodation were identified, as well as an evaluation of the benefits generated by this type of tourism activity and its importance as a business alternative to promote socio-economic development-local economy in the parish Canoa, of the canton San Vicente in the Province of Manabí; Providing the necessary comforts and fulfilling the requirements of the tourist orientated to the satisfaction of the necessities of the traveler, all this with the purpose of generating competitive value to the tourist destiny and that manages to position itself thanks to the existence of a type of alternative accommodation, little traditional In the locality. The bibliographic analysis related to the tourist accommodation in homes emphasizes that this alternative brings great value to the places where it is implanted and is also taken as a reference to the Parish of Canoa as a tourist destination, especially in the current moments that the spa seeks solutions To foment the local economic development post-earthquake, generating in turn economic income to the inhabitants of the site.
