The" Common Body" dynamic as a tool for the endogenous development of the indigenous community Shuar Yawi, Gualaquiza, Ecuador


Abstract:

From a theoretical perspective, people, groups, communities and institutions that continuously learn are able to develop an increasing participation in social life, combining levels of skills and capabilities to improve their own self-realization, freedom, autonomy, in the sustainable development of the wide horizon of society (well-being). The constructive value of the evaluation becomes an instrument of awareness and empowerment for groups promoting organizational learning. The emphasis is on the process of innovation and improvement of the evaluation process. It's focused on groups' capability both to learn, evaluate, formulate the objectives and to pursue them in a cooperative framework reviewing periodically the results.
